HYROX Birmingham is making its triumphant return on October 25th – 27th, 2024, for the fourth electrifying event in the city’s history. The buzz is real, and after our last sold-out spectacle, anticipation for tickets is building…

The choice is yours: go solo in the HYROX Open/Pro division, team up with a friend in the HYROX Doubles/ Doubles Pro division, or gather a squad and conquer the HYROX Relay division!

In the lead up to the event important Athlete race information will be added below! Approx. 3 days out from the event your start time will be linked.

Event Location:Hall 5, National Exhibition Centre, North Ave, Marston Green, Birmingham, B40 1NT

Athlete Pre-Registration:
Pre-registration is open to all divisions but is especially advised for those competing in the morning of each day.

Date & Times:
Thursday 24th October | 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Friday 25th October | 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Important:
– Pre-registration on Friday 25th October at Sports Direct is only possible for athletes competing on Saturday/ Sunday.

Important Information:
– You can only check in on the day of your race.
– Checking in on behalf of others is not allowed.
– You must bring ID.
– Registration opens 90 minutes before your division’s first wave. To enter the hall earlier, use Spectator Check-In with your ID/Ticket.

Laps to run:
Run 1 = 2.3 Laps
(Go IN on the THIRD Time, you see the IN)
Runs 2 to 8 = 1.8 Laps
(Go IN on the SECOND Time, you see the IN)

Relay Briefing on site:
On Sunday 27th October at 5:00 PM please send 1 person from your Relay Team to the Official Relay Technical Briefing located at Birmingham NEC at the Relay Transition Zone.
