Test your Hyrox Level

The Hyrox Physical Fitness Test (P’F”T) has been specifically designed to give you the perfect introduction into Hyrox and measure where your Hyrox fitness level is at.

HYROX Gym Tours

Here you can send in your interest to host a stop on our summer tour! We will come to your gym and host a HYROX inspired workout for your members, and we will bring drinks from our partner redbull etc. The south tour will be from week 26-30 with a break week 28 and the north tour will be from week 31-35. Please send in what week would be preferred for your gym and how many participants you would expect to attend! We look forward to seeing you this summer!

The PFT Workout

  • 1000m Run (outdoor or treadmill at 2% incline)
  • 50 Burpee Broad Jumps (90 cm)
  • 100 Stationary Lunges (Fully Extended)
  • 1000m Row
  • 30 Push Up (Hand Release)
  • 100 Wallballs (6kg male / 4 kg female)

My Performance

The Hyrox PFT gives you a good indication of your level and for which division you should sign up to.

  • 15 – 25 minutes – Hyrox PRO
  • 25 – 35 minutes – Hyrox Open
  • 30 – 40 minutes – Hyrox Doubles
  • 35 – 45 minutes – Hyrox Relay

Please note that there are no time caps or qualifications for HYROX, so feel free to sign up to any division that you feel comfortable with and we will support you to the finish line!
